Vasily Bochkaryov

Vasily Kuzmich Bochkaryov (Russian: Василий Кузьмич Бочкарёв} born 29 April 1949, is the governor of Penza Oblast.[1] He became governor in 1998. His 2002 election he won by a small margin over his Communist challenger. Bochkaryov was born in 1949.
